SÁRKA Charcoal & Wine is a brand-new charcoal grill and wine restaurant in the heart of Rhodes: prime cuts cooked over natural wood charcoal, sourdough and focaccia baked in-house every day, and a wine list of Greek and international labels.
A new restaurant starts with no archive and no feed. SÁRKA needed content that shows what it stands for - premium dining, without the pretension.
We shot SÁRKA the way it cooks: close to the fire. Low, warm light and deep shadows, sparks off the charcoal grill, and the texture of a dry-aged cut in the hand.
The camera stays in the room - the team in their mustard aprons mid-service, plates lined up on the pass, the wine brought to the table. Colour for the food and the fire, black and white for the energy of the kitchen.
