The non-fluff version of how we handle your data, what we promise, and what we don't.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, for how long, and what you can do about it. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679), Greek law 4624/2019 and, for cookies, Greek law 3471/2006.
Contact form. Your name, email, phone (optional), brand name, what you're interested in, indicative budget and your message. We use them to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal. You also get an automatic email confirming we received your message. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
Booking a call. On the Contact page you can book a call through Calendly. You give Calendly your name, email and anything you choose to add. We use them to hold the call, on Google Meet or at our office. Legal basis: as above.
Email and phone. If you email or call us, we use what you send us to reply. Legal basis: as above, or our legitimate interest in answering you (art. 6(1)(f)).
News and ads, only if you tick the box in the form. We send you occasional emails with news and ideas, and we may show you our ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google by matching your email in encrypted (hashed) form. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it any time, with the link at the bottom of every email or by writing to us.
Analytics, only with your consent. Google Analytics 4 shows us which pages are visited, how visitors found us, the type of device and approximate location (country, city). The data is pseudonymous: it doesn't tell us who you are. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and art. 4(5) of law 3471/2006).
Advertising, only with your consent. Meta Pixel and Google Ads measure whether our ads lead to visits and enquiries, and let us show our ads to people who have visited the site. If you have accepted Marketing cookies and send the contact form, we also send Meta your email and phone in encrypted (hashed) form, so the enquiry can be matched to an ad (Meta Conversions API). Legal basis: your consent.
Record of your cookie choice. When you choose in the cookie banner, we keep an anonymous record: a random code, the date, your choices and the page language. No IP address, nothing that identifies you. Legal basis: our legal obligation to be able to show consent (art. 6(1)(c) and art. 7(1)).
Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data for each visit (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
3. How long we keep it
Messages, emails and bookings from people who don't become clients: 12 months from our last contact.
Clients: for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
News and ads list: until you withdraw your consent.
Google Analytics data: 14 months.
Record of cookie choices: 3 years.
Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.
4. Who else processes your data
We use a small number of providers. They process data on our behalf under contracts that oblige them to protect it. Google and Meta also use advertising and analytics data for their own purposes, under their own privacy policies. We never sell your data.
Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus): hosting, on servers in the Netherlands.
Google Ireland Ltd: business email (Google Workspace), video calls (Google Meet), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, ad audiences.
Resend, Inc. (USA): sends the contact form emails, from servers in Ireland.
Calendly LLC (USA): call booking.
Mapbox, Inc. (USA): the map on the Contact page. When the map loads, Mapbox receives your IP address and technical data. It sets no cookies.
Vimeo.com, Inc. (USA): our videos, played with Vimeo's "Do Not Track" setting, so Vimeo doesn't track your viewing.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Resend, Calendly, Mapbox and Vimeo are based in the USA, and Google and Meta may also transfer data there. All of them are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognised as providing adequate protection (decision of 10 July 2023).
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data, to limit or stop how we use it, and to give it to you in a format you can take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it any time. For cookies, use at the bottom of every page. You can always object to direct marketing. Write to info@vibrande.gr and we'll reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority: www.dpa.gr, Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens.
7. Children
The site is not aimed at children under 15, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. If the change affects cookies, the site asks for your choice again.

Services on specific pages
Contact page. The booking calendar is loaded from Calendly and sets its own cookies: security cookies (__cf_bm, 30 minutes, and _cfuvid, until you close the browser) and a fraud-prevention cookie from Stripe, Calendly's payment provider (m, up to 400 days). The map (Mapbox) sets no cookies.
Videos. Played with Vimeo's "Do Not Track" setting, Vimeo sets only security cookies (__cf_bm, 30 minutes, __cf_ob, until you close the browser, and sometimes cf_clearance).
Terms of Use
These terms cover the use of this website. Work we do for clients is governed by the proposal and contract we sign with each client, not by this page.
1. The website
The site presents Vibrande and our work. We keep it accurate and up to date, but things change, so its content is general information and may change without notice.
2. Intellectual property
The texts, design, photos, videos and the Vibrande name and logo belong to VIBRANDE E.E. or are used with permission. Client logos, brands and material in our case studies belong to their owners and appear to show work we did for them. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with a credit and a link. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.
3. Results and articles
Results in our case studies are real results for specific clients, in their specific conditions. They are not a promise of the same results for you. Articles in Insights are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Where we used AI tools for an article or image, we say so on the article.
4. Links to other websites
We link to other websites, such as social media and the sources in our articles. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
5. Liability
We work to keep the site available and free of errors, but we can't guarantee it. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using the site or by relying on its content.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
7. Law and courts
Greek law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Rhodes, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to the courts where you live.
