How a working pastry chef went from one platform and zero brand deals to a monetized, four-platform creator.
Irene Voulkou was already an established pastry chef when we started in May 2025, with hands-on experience in top-tier restaurants across Mykonos, Athens, and Thessaloniki.
None of that offline success translated online. Her digital presence was minimal and completely unmonetized - about 10,000 followers, all on TikTok, and nothing on any other platform.
With a footprint that small, she had secured zero brand collaborations and zero revenue from her content. The challenge was to take her from a single-platform presence to a profitable, multi-platform creator.
We went omnichannel from day one, instead of starting on a single platform and expanding later. From the first post, Irene was live across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts at once - to widen reach and play to each network's algorithm and audience.
To feed four platforms, we built a structured content system. Irene focused on the pastry; we handled the framework - hands-on POV videos, trend-based sounds, strategic hooks, editing direction, and a clear posting cadence.
Then we set up an agency monetization model. Instead of the creator chasing deals, brands worked with and paid Vibrande directly - cleaner deliverables, consistency, and higher value on every collaboration.
